im sure they go to trailors, I cosplay BTS too, what i do is i take a picture of what they're wearing, and go to a sewing shop near my house, BUT i buy the fabrics my own of course, i give the fabrics (buttons,etc..) to the sewer/trailor with the picture and he does the work and i pay him next! that's how i do it!
