This version still better than most Krapao I've had in the States lmao. Atleast this chef put proper chopped chili & garlic, the flavors definitely there minus the strong aroma of Thai holy basil. Krapao in the States always put weird vegetables & way too damn sweet.
Cooking for stir fried basil,must have fish sauce and a little bit sugar or monosodium glutamate,just 1/10 tea spoon,for the same menu on clip,that be good.
In case you can not find that Kraprao Leaves in Korea, please try with little pieces of young Ginger Leaves. It has an unique herbal taste and good for your health too.

Guys i think this pad krapao is specially made for Koreans. Most of the Koreans don't like basil leaf because of its smell and texture. This program is for Koreans to cook Korean version pad krapao haha

I think you can find it at the supermarket. 1. oyster sauce ( 1 tablespoon ) 2. white soy sauce ( 1/2 tablespoon ) 3. black soy sauce ( 1 teaspoon ) ( Some recipes do not require ) 4. granulated sugar ( 1 teaspoon) 5. fresh chili ( 3 -4 fresh chilies ) 6. garlic ( 5 - 6 fresh chilies ) 7. monosodium glutamate ( 1 teaspoon ) ( for deliciousness ) 8. basil leaves (If you can't find it, use something else instead.) 9. Minced pork or crispy pork or chicken 10. 1 egg making process 1 . Chili and garlic pounded together, minced together. 2 . put oil in the pan waiting for hot oil 3 . Chilli and garlic, put in low heat. Wait until you smell garlic and chili. 4 . Put the meat in the pan followed by condiments 1. oyster sauce 2. white soy sauce 3. granulated sugar 4. black soy sauce 5 . Stir to combine and add basil leaves ( You may add more water. to succulent ) 6 . put on a plate making process fried egg 1. Heat the oil 2. Crack the eggs into the pan. 3.
