When you watch the video, pick one foot and only watch it. The 2nd half of the video where he's wearing white shoes shows you basically what he's doing. Add the styling from that he does before showing you the trick (plus hundreds of hours of practice) and there you have it. A really cool optical illusion created by the styling he's doing with the foot before it lands.
What you dont understand ? He showed step 1. Then step 2. Then he even showed a guy who never did it how it went for him. Why? Because you wont make it from first try lol. You actually need to practice to make it smooth
It's just the lighting casting the perfect shadow plus the camera moving smoothly. If you were watching him from a fixed position on the side it wouldn't look anywhere near as good. Especially during the day.

@mrwrong369 well I ain gonna lie he deceived every single one of us but I slowed down the video and checked but he WAS keep touching his foot on the ground which takes a lot of practice I assume anyway it's fkin masterpiece.
This movement only makes us focus on the front legs and think it's like he's floating, but in fact his back legs are supporting him and moving quickly.

It took me forever to figure out, if you can catch it you see as he's lifting a foot and sweeping it, the other foot is behind it on its toe before he switches Not only do you have barely a moment to see when his back foot is landed, but the front foot sweeping in front makes it really hard to focus on. This is like some moonwalking illusion shenanigans
