@@Omgits7ito seems like you arent ot7. elkie is more stable than yujin when it comes to live versions and elkie is a better vocalist than yujin overall, its obvious shes going to get more lines. and i dont think 5 seconds is a big difference. bringing down a member to bring up another, seems about hypocritical.

Wonho Is Mine I agree to Sorn , but this was before Elkie was promoted as Lead Vocalist ,she got the role after this song. (no hate ,my bias is Elkie ,so I have no reasons)
MonArmy but she herself said she do not like to perform Pepe because her parts are hard to aing with a lot high notes and she sung the whole time so she couldn't even recover before singing again. They should have gave her last lines in chorus to Elkie instead that little uuuuh in the end of Seungyeon parts.

Poor Yujin, at first I thought she was an additional member. And even I know Seunghee is the group's main vocal, but she sings this ot7 song as if it was ot5 so...
I'm fine with the members having little lines to begin with but having their lines taken away is kind of insulting and it probably made the members awkward. Because no one could blame the new members for having no lines in a debut song since they weren't there at the time it happened. They could have just danced along.
Seunghee said that she didn't like singing Pepe because she has too many lines and they are all high notes. I think she would've been pretty happy if Elkie took some of her lines actually.
Can't put a shrug as a username so I agree with both of you, but look at Yujin and Sorns lines.they should’ve separated some of Seunghees lines for both of them, including Elkie and Eubin.
That's literally not how it works.. They're part of the group now so they share the lines. It's literally not awkward? Every group does it like that. It would be more awkward if they got nothing
In this song, I prefer OT5 because the song was made for 5 persons. But, it's like if you in Black Dress (for example) do the dance with only the OT5, OT7 is gonna be better because the song and dance was made for 7 people, not 5. (Sorry for my english and I don't know if I explained myself very well)

I'd guess it would be better if they gave one chorus to Elkie (or half of it) and put a verse in 01:39 to Eunbin, and then the original verse from Yeeun. Sorn is the best, she should get more lines. Yet, because she is not Korean and instead Thai, they are screwing her over. It amazes me how Asian country's see America as a racist country, when they are also.
I know what your saying, but those old time Korean men, want everything Korean. If it were myself, I would not care if I have a singer from Mars. I would make sure she gets her lines, and is on camera very much. Look at YG entertainment, they finally signed lisa from Blackpink. Many of the comments on Blackpinks music videos say how Lisa is their favorite. Plus she dances with so much energy, is extremely gorgeous, and right now she is a major part of BLACKPINKS success.
Sean Gutierrez Sorn pratically sing most than Seunghee in the album (not kidding there's video for that) and she's always leading Chorus or stuff. They just debut with a really bad distribution. Sorn wasn't that fluent in time and Yujin wasn't confident enough. But you should not say Sorn doesn't sing her Mon official main vocal lines cause she does, Seungyeon and Elkie, lead vocals don't sing half of what she does. Yujin and Eunbin have sweet voices and are talent and they don't sing at all.
sorn’s not their best vocalist (although she does have the second best breath support, it isn’t that good but still) she gets a lot of lines now. she had the most lines in their latest album. i think this is one of the only songs where she didn’t really get a good amount.
Uhm, foreign members usually get little lines in K-Pop songs because they aren't as fluent in Korean as the rest of the members, which makes it more difficult for them. There's also a lot of foreigns that don't want to be given a lot of lines because they aren't confident in their Korean yet, like Handong from Dreamcatcher, Vivi from LOONA or Shuhua from (G)-IDLE. It's not a "racism" thing. There are many groups that give a fair amount of lines to their foreign members (TWICE, Pristin, Blackpink, (G)-IDLE (if we talk about Minnie)), etc.
