@childofartemis5410 I think that dumdi dumdi and hwaa were a hit (in terms of quality), but unfortunately, in terms of popularity, they didn't reach the same level of tomboy, queencard and nxde
@@Cris-gj5bbYou guys are so annoying. If someone doesn’t like it then they’re automatically a hater. You needa stop what that annoying stereotype. Just because I don’t like it (Which I don’t) or someone else doesn’t it like it, doesn’t mean they’re a hater.
@@UrlocalAsher1Then that's okay. But others keep giving unsolicited remarks. Personally, if I don't like a song I won't keep talking about it. Just my two cents.
I love how fun this is. I agree that they are serious, but also don’t take themselves too seriously. They know how to be goofy and fun AND serious and really say something
They even went to an OceanWorld and got a full pool of people singing “ooh ooh ah ooh” 😂😂😂 And I agree with you 100%. IDLE, in their 7th year, is truly a group that gives you “been there, done it” energy.
I really don't get the hate this song received at first, people want kpop groups to bring back fun and then get mad when a funny summer song is released. Anyways the song is being appreciated more and more in korea now and it's rising a lot in the charts, so at the end of the day idle wins again😅
Soyeon really know her members very much to the point that she makes songs that suit them very well... she has made plenty of songs to the extent that she even wants to give itzy and newjeans some of them... if soyeon created her own label probably her artists would have the best discography cuz she know what song will fit the artists unlike some labels which somehow forces their idols to sing songs that doesnt really fit the member's vocal capabilities (i aint gonna drop names but you all know some of them)...
Still crossing my fingers that the girls move on from Cube when their contracts expire and join Soyeon at her own label. At least, that would be my dream scenario 😅
Thank you Cait! i love see your reactions to I-dle, you understand a lot of their music. Yes this concept was a musical! and they just want to release something fun and relax for summer, the album is a bit emotional but is also a summer vibe. Also yes, Miyeon is my girl😍
Soyeon did say that when she writes the songs she always think of ways of making it entertaining because they are entertainers. We all know she could write some amazing thing like Lion, OMG, and Hwaa, but these days she focuses on things where people are omggg i know that song and happily sing to them. She is a very intelligent woman. If people would just give her the time of day, i'm sure they'll find her thought process very refreshing.
This is what other people don't understand. They do different concepts. Most of the time, they're very serious with their message. Sometimes, they just wanna be quirky and camp.
Love this album. It's crazy that the deadline they set for songs to be submitted for this comeback was 1st April - a day after Fate got its first number 1 at a show.
Omg, so many people hated on this song, and I absolutely LOVE it! I love their fun and weird production, I love their energy, and this song is so good. I'm happy you enjoy it! Would love to see the EP reaction for I Sway, I think it's very much your taste, though a bit short with only 4 songs, including Klaxon, for which you could maybe do the Performance Video, which went kinda viral 🥵 🔥
at first listen i felt that this song wasn't for me but it grew soooo much on me and it's really catchy!! also, korea is loving it so its another hit for them 🥳
Did you say Miyeon has been coming for your neck lately, i know you already said it, but just want to share with you tthat Miyeon did a cover of vampire by olivia rodrigo, no pun intended though lol, but just saying so
soyeon was twerking on the beach in the original music video if i remember correctly, they got backlash for showing too much skin and i think they replaced that clip
Ok. Since you don't want requests, I Won't recommend you watch (at least for personal consumption) the bts video on Soyeon producing "Klaxon." You don't want to see just how Soyeon has the entire song in her brain, Every Note, Every Inflection, and Every Timing; and that her members are all so talented and in sync with each other that Soyeon just has to say try it this way, and do it herself to show them, and they pick it right up. You won't want confirmation that this is the deadliest musical group in the world - I haven't seen any concept they couldn't tackle and make their own, and they do it all on their own basically. It's just crazy how talented this group is. I also won't say you should fill out your Soyeon card with her goofy and charming "Beam Beam" or have your jaw drop at her work with K/DA (with Miyeon). I won't tell you you've never, and I mean Never, seen anything like "Pop/Stars" or "More," and that Soyeon's raps (as Akali the motorcycle-riding assassin) are insane. Nah, you don't want to see these. It would leave you unable to do anything else but wonder how on earth we were lucky enough to get this musical miracle group...
