Open Concerts are a regular thing. They don't happen often enough to plan around someone's comeback. So they happen when they happen and if you want to perform and they invite you, you go.

I can't speak for the other things, but I think because of the Lunar New Year, things usually get scheduled weird so there are no conflicts...cuz you don't know what week it's gonna fall until the moon cycles are determined so...
Amalin Zuki You would think her TV appearances, reality show, solo concert, etc would happen before or during her solo debut to boost her visibility in the hopes of better charts performance. But this is so late, and does virtually nothing to help her solo debut (unless ofc it is hinting at something else).

I think...sometimes when the audio is crystal clear, it's because it's not simultaneous live. This quality is pretty expected :) especially if she's also not using her own mike! Her mike adds no additional effects to her voice (like reverb), so her voice sounds quite raw here.
