A comprehensive watercolor tutorial by Misulbu?....what does that mean?.... It means this is the best day of 2021, that's what it means! Thank you Lord Misulbu, the God of watercolor painting!!!!
Your artwork is so beautiful and full of emotion. Thank you for sharing so much of your process and translating for us to follow along. I won't miss any of your videos.
Agreed. This was a revelation. I had no idea colour could be manipulated, added and removed like this. Your use of the brush seems to me to be rooted firmly in Far Eastern calligraphy. It is very beautiful …
@@misulbu Hi sir, how are you? Not to bother you, but what brand of watercolor did you use? Could it be Daniel Smith? The color Yello Ocher which number Would it be 114 or 134?
Watercolor student from Portland Oregon USA here - thank you so much for the walkthrough of your process; please please share more in the future! You do terrific work, I have watched all of your videos; my mom and I are amazed by your work. Thank you!
My level of watercolor painting is still quite inexperienced. Nevertheless, thank you very much for watching my painting video. I will try to make a tutorial as soon as I have time. May you always be healthy and have good luck.
Thank you for walking us through the process in English , and show us of what color you are using . You are my inspiration :) I love your work . Please continue to teach us . We are so thankful for all you do .
I usually use vermilion, yellow ocher, rose madder, permanent red, brown, vandyke brown, yellow green, peacock blue, cobalt blue, ultramarine, opera, black, violet, sap green, and lemon yellow. Thank you very much for watching.
I am not at the level of the master. It's a lot low level. And it's just sharing a little bit of knowledge that I know. Anyway, thank you very much for your good evaluation. Have a nice day.
This is FABULOUS instruction along with great talent. It is a great, great service you provide to show your technique. It demystifies the process for so many who want to learn, but can't find this instruction anywhere. You mention you don't know if this is the "correct" method, but this is what you use. I attended one of the best art schools in the US many years ago, and never met ANY instructor who could paint in watercolors, much less any media, the way you do. The "right" method is the one that works and it would be wonderful if you could continue to teach because every art school needs you! Thank you so much for taking the time to get the translations in English, and for showing your paint palette, the way you mix the colors, and how you wipe the brush. It is so valuable to find your method of painting and teaching. Thank you!!!
I am learning watercolor painting by watching your videos and it helped me a lot and taught me new things and I was able to find out the mistakes that I make in my drawings . Thank you so much 🥰🥰.. I will keep on learning from your videos 🩷🩷 . I hope one day I'll be as good as you 😭🎨🎨
i'm in awe of what you can do with watercolors. thank you for the tips on mixing wet colors, it helps me understand the process and sets a standard to shoot for.
I am so excited to paint a portrait after watching this tutorial 😍 Can't wait to apply the techniques i jst learnt. Every minute of this video is full of wisdom. Keep sharing ur knowledge 🤗
Thank you very much for complimenting my video. I know myself that my painting level is low.. And I don't have much knowledge of drawing. However, I will try to create tutorials one by one as time permits.
Je suis tellement contente de voir ce que vous faites j’apprécie beaucoup votre talent,et ont voit bien chaque étapes pas à pas surtout merci pour les sous titres et le non des couleurs vous êtes tellement généreux!
What a great tutorial! I am struggling for learning portraits by reading books and watching free clips on RU-vid, your video is so informative helps a lot! Thank you very much for sharing your knowledge, you are a great teacher!
Omg, i can't believe you post this video. This helps me a lot!!! I tried to selfteach myself how to paint portraits with watercolors but I got stucked... Thank you so much!!!
That is really impressive how you simplified everything. Its some key things I was not doing and I just learned them. I appreciate you and this channel! Such good talent!
Excellent tutorial! I've always been afraid of how difficult it is to control watercolours and impressed by the size of your brushes and the fearless use of technique! I l will definitely try some of the techniques in your tutorial.
Thank you!!! Great video! Simple yet very informative! I have been trying to teach myself watercolor portraits for a few months now and struggle in picking colors and making the skin look healthy and normal. I know some painters go for that look but I really enjoy realism and I hope to be able to nail it some day! Thank you for your time and knowledge!
As with all other things, it is difficult if you are not familiar with it, but it is very easy if you get used to it through practice. I think anyone can do it enough. good luck. Thank you very much for watching my video. Have a nice day.
Amazing art work , you are the master of Watercolor painting , I always watch your colors palette and technique how to apply color on the paper ... thanks for Shareing your' tutorial video... regards
Finally! An english translation! Thank you! The translation is great! And putting the name of the water color is brilliant! Please do a realtime class tutorial with an english translation. That would be the class i would be happy to pay for!
To paint in real time, I need to be able to speak English, but I don't speak English at all. Using a translator is also very time consuming. Anyway, I will remember and refer to your opinion. Thank you very much for watching my video. Have a nice day.
@@misulbu I mean the english translation will only be shown as subtitles. Just the entire process in real time but the translation can be added later. If we can read it that is enough for us. Thank you misulbu. U are the best watercolor portrait artist ive seen. That is why I really would want to learn from you!
@Drumaier J : I could not say it better myself... Misulbu you're one of the best watercolor artist i've seen, and now a great teacher... thank you very much
I understand all of your comments. Thank you very much for translating into Korean and writing comments. Anyway, thank you very much for watching my video. Have a nice day.
Thank you so much for that. I think I mix my colors too much to match the exact skin tone and so my washes get grainy and sometimes dull. I would have been "afraid" too use such high intensity. Love your work.
It is the best painting on all of your works. It makes my day. Hope someday I will able to do what you have been done. Your biggest fan. Thanks for sharing your work.
