조선중앙TV는 그동안 중국의 위성 china Sat-12를 통해 국제방송을 실시했지만 7월 1일부터 위성이 러시아의 Express-103으로 변경되었습니다.
이에 따라 위성의 주파수도 4180MHz에서 3707MHz로 변경되었습니다.이 3707MHz는 휴대전화 기지국이 사용하고 있어 전파 간섭 때문에 현재 위치에서는 수신할 수 없게 되었습니다.대책을 생각하고 있습니다만, 바로 해결할 수 있는 문제는 아니라고 생각하고 있습니다.
너무 아쉽지만 앞으로 지금까지와 같은 고화질 동영상을 제공할 수 없게 되었습니다.

앞으로는 화질이 많이 나빠지겠지만, 최소한 중요한 뉴스에 대해서는 최대한 제공해 나갈 생각입니다.

Korean Central Television used to broadcast internationally via the Chinese satellite chinaSat-12, but from 1 July the satellite was switched to Russia's Express-103.
In line with this, the frequency of the satellite was changed from 4180 MHz to 3707 MHz. This 3707 MHz is used by mobile phone base stations and due to radio interference we can no longer receive the signal at our current location. We will consider countermeasures, but we do not believe that this is a problem that can be solved quickly.
We are very sorry, but in the future we will no longer be able to offer the same high quality moving images as we have in the past.
We would like to thank the many people who have subscribed to our channel, and at the same time we are very sorry.
We will continue to provide the least important news as much as possible, although the quality of the images will be much lower.

朝鮮中央テレビはこれまで、中国の衛星chinaSat-12を通じて国際放送を行っていましたが、7月1日から衛星がロシアのExpress-103に変更となりました。
これに伴い、衛星の周波数も4180MHzから3707MHzへと変更となりました。この3707MHzは携帯電話基地局が使用しており、電波干渉の為、現在の場所では受信することが出来なくなりました。対策を考えますが、すぐには解決できる問題ではないと思っています。
大変残念ですが、今後、これまでのような高画質の動映像を提供することが出来なくなりました。
チャンネル登録を頂いた多くの方々には、心から感謝致しますとともに、申し訳ない気持ちで一杯です。
今後は、画質はかなり悪くなりますが、最低限、重要なニュースにつきましては、出来る限り提供していくつもりです。
