1. Prepare three eggplants with fat ones. Cut the bottom part out. Cut it into 1 centimeter thick pieces. Slice 1/4 onion into small pieces and put in a bowl. Slice 1/4 carrot into small pieces. 2 green peppers split in half and slice thinly Cut 200g of spam into small dice. 2. Dig the eggplant with a spoon. Slice the eggplant into small pieces and put it in a bowl. Add 3 eggs, pepper paste, 1t salt, and 3 tablespoons of pancake powder and mix well. Place pan over low heat and place eggplant on hot bean oil. 4. Then, fill it up. Turn it upside down when it starts to color. Turn off the heat when it's fully cooked. *********************** Completing eggplant pancakes I like a combination of eggplant, ham and vegetables. Children like it and it's delicious.
Just cooked these for dinner. DELICIOUS!!!!! I took 4 big eggplants, 1 can of spam, 1 carrot, 1/2 big onion, 6 green onions, 6 eggs and 8 tbsb Korean pancake mix. Plus salt and pepper. A LOT of chopping but absolutely worthy. Weirdly, after adding to chopped eggplant so much stuff, I fit it all back in skins. I got a lot, 5 full skillets. Served with rice. No sauce needed and BE CAREFUL ON SALT! THANK YOU FOR WONDERFUL RECIPE!!! EVERY EGGPLANT LOVER MUST TRY THIS!
전 혼자술안주로 만들었는데 손님올때하면 인기짱일듯 근데 가지를 칼로 빼는게 좀 힘들었어요 그리고 스팸 생각보다 작게 썰어야해요 볶음밥 크기로하니까 가지에 스팸 밖에 안들어가요!@ 풋고추말고 땡초 씨 빼서 넣으면 매콤한게 딱 내스타일♡ 암튼 너무맛있네요 좋은영상 감사합니다!!
가지를 좋아하지만 평소 먹는 방법이 다양하지 않아서 아쉬웠는데 소고기를 넣어 아이 이유식에 활용해봐도 좋을 것 같아요^^ 그렇지 않아도 며칠전 아이 먹이려고 소고기 야채 동그랑땡을 만들었는데 더운 날씨에 모양 빚고 밀가루 묻히고 계란 묻혀 뜨거운 불 앞에서 굽기까지.... 기절할뻔 했거든요ㅋㅋ다시는 동그랑땡 안 만들거라며 다짐했는데 가지를 팬에 올려두고 속재료를 넣는거 보며 저렇게 간편한 방법이!!!라며 재도전 의지를 불태우고 갑니다ㅎㅎ
