Omg these are SOOOOO CUUUUUTE!!!! ‼️💙💜💚‼️ I REALLY had to pay close attention the first few times to get it right, but once I got the hang of it- these are SUPER FUN & so quick & simple to do- I'm making about a dozen for myself (need to get more colors & kinds of strings to use- I first tried using the regular ol' embroidery floss I use for "friendship bracelets" but, it was nearly impossible- it's just too soft & thin... so I got a spool of blue hemp cord that's about 3/4mm width & a spool with 4 different colored waxed "beading strings" that's about 0.5mm width- the waxed stuff worked really great & I love how it holds such nice, round shape- but, maybe something that's slightly LESS thickly saturated/coated in wax than what I got might be better cuz, phew is it STIIICKKKKY!!! lol but at least I know it's gonna hold up well & be nice & waterproof!!! Both kinds worked great with the beads, too!! I'm super excited to go back to the craft store &try some different textures/types& thicknesses of strings/cords & stock up on a ton more colors so I can make a BUNCH more of these- along with more types of beads- make dozens& dozens of these for my friends- and of course a few dozen in every color& type imaginable for MYSELF!! I have such short, fat little fingers, I can NEVER find cute, inexpensive rings that fit me... and always have to have any "fine jewelry" rings custom fit to even get ON my fat fingers to begin with!! These LOOKED super confusing at first- and, well, I had a super difficult time when I started trying because I was trying with just that regular ol' embroidery floss type string that I had MILES of in every color imaginable & was CONVINCED I could make it work... (And MAYBE I will be able to once I get better at making these with the other string I have now?!) But, man, once I finally finished my first one (my 1st "successful" ring I made using this blue hemp cord I got like 10yds of for $1.79... so. WOOOOOT, priiiicey rings these are! Ha!!!)& Really started to get the hang of it, I'm IN LOVE WITH THESE!!! 🤗😍💘🤍♥️💜💙 I personally have suuuuper short, fat little fingers & can almost NEVER find cute little inexpensive type of rings such as these anywhere... so, finally learning how to MAKE MY OWN is so cool& fun!!! Thank you SOOO MUCH for this- these- tutorials!!!! Please post more if you come up with or know how to do any other simple types of rings- like, for example, are there any kind u can do using more than one string & color...? Or do they pretty much all require using 1 length of the same string?? Oh well either way I guess, just the kind with it without beads, or using different textures & types strings, varieties of beads & different colors alone sure make a lot of options! This makes me so happy to have some cute, fun little rings that FIT MEEEE!!! (To say nothing of the ordeal I have to go thru in order to ever find actual metal rings that FIT ME!!! My nicest "REAL" ring was a bday present my mommy got me a couple of years ago from a pawn shop that's actually a MENS 24kt white gold ring with a channel setting of about a dozen 1/4ct white diamonds surrounding most of it- it's GORGEOUS & the ones from big chain stores like Fred Meyer Jewelers & Fiori carry almost identical ones in lower quality gold & with fewer/smaller diamonds for double the price or more!!! So, HINT hint hint to any MEN out there looking to find a UNIQUE, INEXPENSIVE engagement ring for their girl- SERIOUSLY- don't hesitate to LOOK AT SOME PAWN SHOPS!!! You'll BE AMAZED at how many stunning, unique, classy & high quality pieces you'll find for PEANUTS compared to a lot of generic, boring stuff that EVVVERYONE else has from the big national chain stores!) Anyhoo- sorry, that was just my little rant & promoting of pawn shops when it comes to finding nice jewelry!!! 🤩💍🥰💎 LOVE THESE THOUGH!!! THANKS AGAIN FOR THE GREAT, UNIQUE, EASY TO FOLLOW TUTORIAL!!! 💜💛💍🧡💚
