These passenger carriages are a bit of an oddity for me as a European. They look like a mix of UIC-Y and UIC-Z standard cars, but i'm not sure if they're complaint with either standard. They remind me a bit of the Polish 111ainw or the modernized Czech Bdt cars. I actually love this design, it's quite unusual but very pleasing to the eye. I wish Korail took better care of these carriages, they look quite neglected and worn out
@@기차소년 The interiors look quite nice, but the exteriors need at least some care. I've seen Korail cars with paint peeling off and moss on the windows. I wish they would take more care of it, but it seems they're just waiting for the rolling stock to reach its end-of-life so they can retire it in favor of the ITX-Maum. Mugunghwa-ho still has a lot of potential in my opinion, and it's a bit sad seeing Korail treat it as some second-tier category. I'd love to see a Seoul-Busan service similar to the Polish EIC Panorama, with first class coaches and a restaurant car.
