Idols need to better understand how fans perceive and see them. For example, they may not understand that fans need to see other members not wanting to leave Jihan alone and that she already misses them. Or when a member has a birthday, you need to show how everyone congratulates the birthday girl and arranges a celebration. Fans cannot see the idols see each other and communicate every day. Therefore, many idols look rude when they do not express feelings or ignore one member.
