For the Starcraft reference this is how Zerg anti ground turret called Sunken Colony attacks enemies and it's very powerful, 40 damage in a single strike
@@Tilde_Shii A regular human has about 5 HP is Starcraft 2, and a Marine, who's a dude in power armor, has 45 HP in SC2, so the armor makes the average human roughly 9 times as tough/survivable. Assuming something similar going on with the SC1 Marine, 40 is a lot, that, despite all that extar survivability, you'll still die or get mortally wounded in a single strike form a Sunken Colony. Of course, SC1 is also home to damage typing, and the damage typing of the Sunken makes it deal half damage to a Marine, so only 20 instead of 40, so it takes 2 strikes form a Sunken to kill a Marine, which is still terrible odds for the Marine. Meanwhile, the Sunken deals full damage to a Siege Tank, which is, you guessed it, a tank, and it has 150 HP, so 4 strikes from a Sunk will kill it. So yeah, scary stuff. And if the game was more realistic, a Sunk would be able to kill a tank in 1 or 2 strikes, because tanks usually don't have armored bottoms, and if we assume a Siege Tank is the same, a Sunk should tear open tanks like they were a crab.
