rbw is just a solid label that lets their artists do what the artists want to do the most i feel out of a majority of the other entertainment companies in Korea

it's unmatched on the creative aspect. it really feels like a school for artists because they encourage the creativity and authenticity. the management side on the other hand... i don't like lol there's a reason why rb* were rated so lowly on a korean website and at some point one artist revealed that their staff would say how they wanted to retire because of the treatment. but then again maybe most in the industry is like that so idk

@@julliaturner It's not necessarily abuse as much as some might call negligence. The promotion of the groups and all that is quite minimal compared to other companies which is a shame because they have some of the most talented people working under the label

@@asareirene @Asare Isaac i feel like they have good promotions in Korea, they have good contacts, always managed to put their groups in big tv shows (Mamamoo in immortal songs and Oneus in Road to kingdom), purple kiss promotion looks good there too, but i also understand that for us international fans the lack of promotion is bothering. But as someone who works in the marketing field, people should know that sometimes this is a market choice, not a mistake. Like when people complain that YG don't do many comebacks for BP and say YG is dumb, well, they're not.
