This Uni's letter to other fandoms: Dear all other Fandoms: Universe might not be as big as yours so we don't have a loud voice, but please hear me out. Pentagon has worked so hard putting out high quality music and performances for almost 4 years now. They have been through so much - losing family members, going through injuries and illnesses - yet they never lose their positive attitude and drive to show their best. As a Uni since Day 1, I am so proud with this cb because it shows a whole other level of artistry. I can also feel their "hunger" as if they are "fighting for their lives". THIS is why Universe continue to stand by them through everything! I am teary-eyed as I write this because I can feel Pentagon and Universe wanting their first win so bad. The whole song and choreo are absolutely incredible, but I have the part 2:36 - 2:41 on repeat. After the rap part, Kino's slowly being swallowed, then Hui and Jinho (the only ones that are wearing white suits, loved that detail) go out of the circle to hit their high notes while Kino's raised and falls following the beat, and the way everything's filmed... WOW. I'm applauding Pentagon and their production team for that

The emotions Hyunggu is able to deliver in his performances is what truly marks him as such a talented dancer and performer. He brought his best acting, expressions, and gestures from the mv, to the dance performance, and photoshoot. All of them did at LEAST very well in my opinion, but Kino has really shined flawlessly throughout.
Cant wait for the performance where wooseok finally joins in the whole dance. Just like when kino fully recovered and totally killed that sha la la stage

For real though, I'm upset that I haven't heard this song until a couple weeks ago. I keep coming back to this song and this choreography. I'm like my mom in that I can feel things and energy through songs and music. I'm more sensitive sometimes than other times, but when I just watched this video again tears came to my eyes.....Like you can literally feel the artistry and the passion from these boys in this video. unpopular opinion: appreciating and personally loving pentagon's music and continuing to support them until the time comes for their first win > stressing over awards, caring or arguing with other fandom's comments that are basically judgmental and toxic. you know unis, i'm not a veteran of this fandom but when jinho and hui said over the radio that the people around them actually kept questioning them before abt "when are u gonna debut? it has already been 5-8 years.." and then hui said, "i wanna take my sweet time." similar to jinho's statement that "you know i just want to sing up stage, i don't want to stress myself first over debuting because i enjoy singing." just saying that we should be chill and just enjoy their music. :> honestly many kept saying abt awards rather than the music nowadays in kpop nowadays, and i find it very toxic since i'm not into kpop before pentagon lol.

Awwww i really can't with Kino. I've started to stan them after watching their performance in Rtk (whyyy i missed the Dr.Bebe era?!) and he immediatly caught my attention. Now i found this and i'm in love. His facial expressions and moves are totally crazy... Like really - he has amazing stage presence, i have no words to describe it.

I noticed something that I think also applies to the music video as well. You have 4 rooms in this video: white, gray, red, and flashing lights. White = Love Gray = Fall Red = Hurt Flashing = Crazy If you look closely their facial expressions and the way they dance is different in each room. When they were in the red room there dancing was very intense and they had a mad look on their face. The gray room had more of a depressing and lonely atmosphere. Also the lyrics go with the room changes like when Hongseok sang “Stay with me” the room they were in was the white room for Love but right after he sang “Melody for you who is hiding in the dark” the room changed to the gray room for Fall.
wooseok suits this concept SO well. too bad he's unable to participate in the choreography. :( but i'm really glad he was able to prioritise his health over the promotions.
