The blue color in Thai desserts and in ice cream comes from a flower called butterfly pea flower and is a Thai herb. Mostly Thai desserts Use this ingredient, such as butterfly pea flower drinking water. The water will be blue...enjoy!!!🥰
I'm your subscriber and love watching your video in Thailand so much. Both of you are so funny and cute. The blue color in Bua Loy made from Butterfly Pea flower or Dork Un Chan (in Thai). We have used this flower as a herbal tea or drink cause it's rich in antioxidant and several health benefits. So don't worry about the colors in Thai desserts. It's natural and made from some flowers and vegetables such as yellow from pumpkin, orange from carrot, green from pandan leaf and purple from Beetroot, etc. Have fun and enjoy eating Thai foods guys! ❤😊
