this is so beautiful and I'm glad she released this while her mother is still alive so she could hear it and know her daughter loves her so much that she dedicated a whole comeback song to her because a lot of people never really tell their parents how much they love them until it's too late

I wasn't really raised to be super touchy feely and my parents sometimes say that they love me, so I don't do it super often either. It's more like, we show our love through our actions.

Y'know, this was the line that (I usually don't say this word) shook me to my core and genuinely moved my heart. This song was very heartfelt but that line alone moved me in a way that I think has never had happened to me when listening to a song/reading lyrics so I'm very thankful I decided to check this out as I'm not too familiar with Heize. Will most definitely check out more of her songs.

"i need someone but a mother still need a mother" this hits. my mother had been sick and it was unexpected so now me and my brothers are the caregivers because her personality changed to be more childlike too and i was lost because i still need her to be my mother but at the same time, she needs me to take care of her. thank you for this song, it makes me feel like im not alone

My mother is probably the person I love the most on this world. The lyrics made me cry, I miss her so much when I'm in my university city, far away from home. We talk every day, but it's just not the same. I miss the days when we saw each other every day. There are no words to describe how thankful I am to have such a mother. Unfortunately she didn't have much luck with her own mother. She never talks about her, but I'm sure she would need a mother figure too. Ah. Heize. I feel your lyrics.

I wish I had words to ease your pain but unfortunately, I believe there are no such words. It's just something you have to go through, and I wish that there are good people by your side who can help you when you need it. Remember your mother and talk about her. I cried while listening to this song. We need to cherish our time with our mothers. Not only cherish but also spoil them for everything they have done for us. I also gave a poem to my mother in which I told her that I wished to have lived when she was a child to stroke her hair and tell her how special she is. I love you mother ❤️

저는 태어날때부터 엄마가 없었지만 지금은 행복하게 잘 살고 있습니다^^ 근데 가끔 어머니랑 통화하는 친구들보면 부럽기도하고 살면서는 못 느꼈지만 항상 어딘가 허전했던것 같기도 하고.. 지금은 다 컸지만 소원이 있다면 엄마라는 품에 안겨보고 싶네요..ㅋㅋㅋ

last year around this time I lost my mom to cancer and heize's music helped me calm down like 1%.. and that meant a lot for me. it's like everything that I have been through since she was diagnosed, all my thoughts during that time is just put into this song. i felt every line in this song. it's so beautiful

It’s crazy how Heize’s music helped me go through such rough times and even though the songs made me cry, it felt like I was crying on someone’s shoulders with them embracing me. Idk if I can even put it into words, Heize Thankyou so much for giving us the chance to hear your beautiful voice and heartwarming lyrics. By the way, “Tree only look at you” holds such a special place in my heart.

Heize really never fails to give us the best in music. And even the story of this song holds a special and deep meaning about our mothers who suffered enough just to raise, care, love and provide the things that we need. So if there’s still time let us all love, care, and appreciate our mothers even more, it can be our biological mother or not as long as they showed us what a mother love is. Even I can relate to the song lyric, “Let me be your mother, I would give you everything. Just as you had done for me.”

Thank you so much for this song Heize... My mom passed away in 2009, but I still feel painful. So everytime I see her in my dreams, I'm thankful to spend time with her. One day, we will meet again ❤️

정말 그랬다. 살다보니 정말 엄마가 있어도 엄마가 필요했던 적이 많다. 생각보다 엄마란 존재는 나의 삶에 큰 부분을 차지하고 있었다는걸. 그 것들을 너무 당연시하며 살아왔던 난 어느새 엄마를 서서히 잊고있었는지도 모른다. 난 아플 때 언제든 엄마를 찾을 수 있었지만, 엄마는 그게 불가능했다. 누구보다 아파도 아프지 않다며 늘 웃음으로 반겨주던 그 미소 안에는 얼마의 눈물과 얼마의 슬픔이 어우러져있는지 아무도 모르게 감춰둔 채. 늘 강해야했고, 늘 누군가의 보호막으로써 한 평생을 살았어야 했으니. 엄마라는 존재에 이렇게나 큰 감정을 느꼈던건 처음이었다. 정말 감사하다는 말은 나의 모든 마음을 담기엔 너무나 작은 그릇과 같다. 그래도 이 마음을 표현할 수 있는 말은 감사 그 뿐인 것 같다. 그래서 난 오늘도 감사의 마음과 나의 말을 전한다. 감사합니다. 고맙습니다. 당신의 자식이어서 너무나 감사합니다.

I remember having this sentiment towards my grandmother. She (obviously) already lost her mother and she always talks lovingly about her. So I know how much she misses her and how much she needs her, sometimes. I want to be there for my Mami Betty (as we call her) just as much as she has been for all of us, her children and grandchildren. She tries to be strong for us, but I want for her to relay on someone as well. If it's me, great. Even though I don't find myself as strong as her, I would try my best. For her.
