bts definitely is not that “typical” kpop group anymore (no disrespect to other groups!) but at this point they are global superstars that have broken the mold of kpop. what they’ve built is incredible and i’m so proud of them. they have given me strength when i thought i couldn’t continue anymore and i’m forever grateful. i’m also glad that ARMYs around the world can connect through their music, it’s so beautiful to see. 💜

Hi, I am ARMY (UK), 52 years old. The vocals in this song are so beautiful, they just keep getting better and better as they mature (Tae's voice is in a whole other league, even though I'm a JK bias). I am always so proud of them singing in Japanese, I know there are some similarities but it must be difficult to get it perfect, as you said about the accents, etc. Being International Army we are used to having to read all the lyrics anyway, haha, but I wouldn't change that, I don't want them to sing in English.
