Everyone is obsessing over whether Mr. So is using autotune or a vocoder and I'm just over here like, that much electrical equipment next to water is a major safety hazard and standing that close to a band that's performing is hazardous to your ears and Mr. Taiki scares me with his amazing fashion sense because, I'm used to being the awesomely clad one... All of this is too cool for my brain to handle. I love it too much to leave though.
+Haruki Ishii he also uses that vocoder-thingy live, it's not like he really has that kind of voice. i think he played in a band before falilv and he uses his normal voice in those songs.

Extremadamente Bueno el video & la cancion ni se diga lastima que muy pocos lo conocen en latinoamerica, que por lo general se van bandas como Asking Alexandria,bullet for my valentine o alesana que tambien son buenos .
ITS NOT AUTOTUNE, you guys always jump to that decision. They are all hitting the high notes with their actual voice, it's just a digital sound affect system.
I don't actually care if it is autotune, that's just the general term I use for that and it is generally easier to convey to people. Though, whatever they are doing to make their voices have those effects are pretty damn cool. Also, have you aver noticed how almost all of the singers from Japan are like, really good? I've always thought it was weird.
Additionally, I've worked with "auto tune" before and it is not very automatic. It is more like going through each note, sequencing it, and than making sure the pitch is perfect.. not very fun..
+Hunter Black autotune is quantizing an audio signal by half steps, effectively rounding off to the nearest half step (can also be set to a given key signature). that's what this is. People who use autotune do it because they like the vocal effect (like a guitarist using distortion) not because they're not confident in their abilities/want to cover up their singing. The sneaky one that is hard to notice is melodyne or something like it, which can be almost undetectable if the producer knows what they're doing, and can make a bad singer sound better than they are. tl;dr they are indeed hitting the high notes. they are also using autotune. neither of these things are bad.
