I can't be fully sure but this song is similar to the 'Song of Restless Youth' - ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-EWMYleDxwWo.html Song in video have to been compared with north korean version of 'Song of Restless Youth'. By the way, channelholder will answer and we will get to know about music in video.
