Remember that life is love, only there's two different letters because there's two sides of a coin. The Love, the Opponent The VIllainy, the Eerie L-O-V-E There's a bit of bad in the good and a bit of good in the bad. It's a balance. And the edge, wich is connected to both, is life. It's a triangle of three points. And light goes through and colors everything.
You can, and you will. You may not believe me. It's okay, I have enough faith for both me and you. I'm not religious in any way. I just have faith in life, and in humanity. I know some of us do a lot of wrong things. But a lot are doing the rightest things. If you want to be happy again, either you're sad because it's the end of something for you, or it's... "lassitude" in my native language. It's a sort of tiredness the comes because things are too much repetitive. If it's the tiredness, solution is to do things. Even what you don't want to do sometimes because it puts you out of your comfort zone (I don't talk of extreme stuff, it can be just going out a bit to walk regularly). Things will feel uneasy at the start. But after a moment life starts to flow again in you. For those who suffer a loss, sadly there's no other way than to pass all the stages of grieving. It can be bit easier if you want yourself to not look back and to accept the thing. Though it's still difficult. You somehow have to take your own way, because everyone reacts differently. Some things may help you but be bad for someone else, and the contrary too. Facing things when they come, with emotions, but not looking away when things become negative does sometimes help. Take it like a challenge from life. Like it wants to see what you are capable of. How strong you are, mentally. And how honorable is the warrior who stands against winds and storms, staying still. But way way more respectable is the one who struggled the most and who becomes able to do the same. P.S : I've been a bit far I think. I wish you the best. Don't overthink stuff. You're brave as you are. Nearly everyone have a hard time actually. Things will get better. Now is just like the moments when you don't have ice cream but moments where you will have ice cream will come again. Don't lose hope, warrior !

I developed a drinking problem shortly after I turned to 21.. drinking and driving, Dwi, multiple car accidents, you name it. Luckily, no one was hurt due to my irresponsibility and lack of concern for other humans. I had to do Some soul searching and happy to say that I'm now 2 months sober and changed my life completely. It all started with caring for other people's wellbeing and health. To whoever reads this, you will find peace and healing before you know it. It'll take time but if I can make it, anyone can. I believe in you.

dont think about it just live it. set yourself a goal. usually when you play video games like minecraft or animal crossing, once you finishe the game you've got nothing to do. you set yourself a goal there aswell, to keep you entertained living is a lot more fun if you think of it like a video game. school increases your intelligence and knowledge stats, pe raises stamina and strenght. its a lot more fun if you think of school like a training hub. you can set your own quests that will raise whatever stats they apply to. you can make up your own boss wich could be some shit like buy a house, which is a large quest that continues the storyline, get a partner, or shit like that you know dont think about it too hard
Life is inherently painful. It's up to us to shoulder responsibility to lessen the pain and provide ourselves with the pleasures of fulfillment and accomplishment. If you struggle with where to find fulfillment and accomplishment, start small and start with yourself. Keep yourself clean and your room/house in order. Do it consistently. Be proud of it. Then move outward. Inch by inch success and accomplishment will follow, as well as feeling good. Be wary of things that are enjoyable but not fulfilling. They do you no good in the long run.

I recently broke up with my bm, & started talking to this new girl. She’s a really nice cool girl, & we get along good and texted all day long. The situation you find yourself in, and the negative commentary made by the mind are 2 different realities. Try and catch the mind commenting on a situation. It always tries to talk you down. The soul , the observer, witnesses thought. You're not those thoughts.
