Hi This is a long message I’m bored so.. Keep going! If your tired go to sleep 😡 You need rest Other than that…. Please drink water today too, actually. It’s good for you and if you don’t drink water for 3 days… You’ll get really dehydrated and start having problems with your body. So drink water. Also have a meal, it’s good for you. If you don’t eat for a week you will die. 😔 I don’t want that to happen to you, so eat something. And if you’re sad, try going outside and getting some sunshine. Even if you’re just sitting on the sidewalk it will be good to get some fresh air! 🥰 And maybe get dressed, Maybe if you get dressed you’ll feel like you want to do other productive things. Don’t forget to make your bed! I usually make my bed and then pick up at least 5 items around my room. Being productive can really help you, even if you’re just doing something small like brushing your teeth or re-organizing your backpack. If you think nobody cares about you, Well I do. So, start caring about yourself again. And one more thing, Don’t get sucked into to your devices today. I encourage you to step back and do something with your family, siblings, or friends. You could also just do something by yourself, if that makes you happy. I like reading in my room for at least 30 minutes every day. But anyways, hope you have a great day! And if you followed my instructions; Thank you for taking care of yourself. ❤️
