The National Centre for Hydrology and Meteorology (NCHM) conducted the Tenth Session of the National Climate Outlook Forum on May 22, 2024, in Thimphu. The forum aimed to provide an in-depth understanding of climate services and the summer monsoon outlook for June to September 2024.
