Ingredients (Serves 8 to 10 pax):
• 2 Large cucumber
• 1 Large carrot
• 1-2 Radish / Daikon
• ½ Cup walnuts
• ½ Cup pumpkin seeds
• 150g Raw atlantic salmon
• 1 Cup dragon fruit
• ¼ Cup olive oil
• 2 Tbsp honey
• 2 Tbsp lime juice
