Hello, my lovelies! Today’s composition is called ‘Deep Inside’. The subconscious lies in the shadowy depth of our mind. Being the realm of chaos where no will bears any power, subconsciousness is the endless sea where all ideas with their ephemeral nature slumber. If you walk through the fields and meadows of your consciousness, and find your way through the crooked forest of your mind, you’ll come to the hidden spot where shadows lie in eternal silence. There, under the shy moon stands a stone well, deep and dark. If you get brave enough to look in its somber water, the things you’ll see in its black mirror will tell you in their numb tongue stories strange, yet familiar; the tales you’ve never heard, yet always known. *_Tell me, my dears, what ways do you know to connect with your subconscious? Have you tried any, and what was the result? And to all of you writers out there, what do you do to overcome the writer’s block?_*

Basically an almost all red meat diet with a few add ons but nothing humans process or taint to any great extent other than feeding, harvesting, packaging, butchering, fermenting, and collecting. I eat oysters from Eastern Canada, bison from ethical ranches who use a one shot practice, lamb from NZ, dairy from both Ireland and a goat farm with owners from the Netherlands, and pastured eggs (along with fresh small amounts of glandular, cartilage, sinew, bones, and bone marrow. Just some seasoning added from France and salt from the salt mines of Utah, pastured butter and virgin coconut oil from the Philippines. Eating this way allows my unconscious to open like petals and wrap its way around my consciousness, folding it into itself as if I’m whole. Of course none of us are truly whole yet for we cannot be fully whole individually until we are whole collectively. The scientists are finally realizing that the human “mind” has access to all parts of the multiverse. For those of us who run deep, true, and comprehensively, we have known this intuitively for eons. In fact it is where we know all inspiration emanates. We are the solution within and without that we seek. Solve your riddles peeps, we don’t lose anything of real value in doing so, not memory, not sentiment, not mystery, not the adventure - we only lose no longer feeling disconnected. ♥️ The heart healing is better than any other experience on earth, it is deeper and more expansive than anything we co-create.

I'm not a writer but I like to read, and a reader's block is a thing too :) In this case, I just take baby steps, like set some micro goals, maybe 1 page before bed, and let me tell you, it is never just one page, so I think it should work for writers too.

Hang in there, friend. I’ve been writing for years and I’ve found that there are just times when my tank isnt quite filled enough to write. I still go to my desk/studio and “work”. I stare out the window, listen to inspiring music and sometimes just do a soduko. I have learned to trust that the words will come when they are ready. My work is simply to get my rear end into the chair and be present and trusting. Often when the words, or lyrics in my case, came they showed up because I was finally ready. I have had songs for a musical show up a year late. But it wasn’t really late, I just hadn’t been ready to see what I needed. Often times I hadn’t been the right person, I hadn’t had that experience that I needed to finally write those lyrics. 40 musicals later I can tell you that Faith always wins. Trust God and show up.

This place is enchanting because I feel magic.✨✨✨ I will always come back here. Browse in the bookstore, buy a book or two and then hang out outside for a while.📗 📙 The blossoms of the tree smell seductive while I leaf through my books and with a warming tea 🍵🥮I don't mind the little bit of rain. I hear a melody that touches my heart from somewhere😍 I'm lost in my thoughts. While I'm drinking my tea, I'm daydreaming a little. About a summer day full of wonderful surprises.🎊🎊

Fire by the way is definitely a symbol for this time of year. It is spring, April, Aries ♈️. Aries starts the spark, always. It’s no accident if you’re thinking about fire right now.
