Relate much. Im also nervous when i started working in nursing home here in singapore. You are lucky your colleagues are supportive. My colleagues are not all supportive to me. Kung sino pa kalahi mo sila pa ang bully, but not all. Iyak ako ng iyak nung nagstart ako. But didnt give up. 11 years nko dto, i made it! From hca to staff nurse. Now i work in hospital and hopeful to work in new zealand too.

How easy/difficult was it to shift from aged care to hospital settings? Im offered a job by a rest home but I want to go back to hospital settings (since my whole overseas exp is in hospital) after working for a year or so in rest home. Let me know your thoughts. Thanks! You are great :)
