In an ancient temple, 2 statues of warriors are found. They have never been identified so far by archeologists and historians. Is it possible to decode these ancient carvings? Let's take a deeper look and deconstruct the information.

Hey Guys, today we are going to decode this giant statue in an ancient temple. This shows a warrior with a bow in one hand. The bow is so large and he seems to be a fierce warrior, but in the other hand, what he is holding? Is he holding an arrow? No, he is holding a snake, a cobra. This is very odd, and the sculptor has intentionally not carved any other arrows or the quiver on his shoulder. Who is this warrior and why is he holding a snake instead of an arrow? What is going to happen next?
If you are still watching, you have already fallen into the trap set by ancient builders. You are now searching for an answer. What will the warrior do, now he has to use the snake as an arrow, right? But how is that even possible? Ancient texts mention a strange weapon called Nagastra.
The word naga means snake and the word astra means weapon. And ancient texts mention that this snake like arrow can be used in a bow. So, we have decoded that this warrior is not holding a snake, but holding a weapon called Nagastra. We have decrypted this so far, but who is this guy? Is it possible to identify this God?
And if we examine this carving, you cannot identify him as any major Hindu God like Shiva or Vishnu, he is not shown with the third eye of Shiva or with the Chakra of Vishnu. So, how do we identify him? Is it even possible to identify him? This is the point where most experts will stop analyzing and assume that this is just a carving of some warrior holding the nagastra.
But remember that ancient builders were master story tellers, and they would not carve anything that’s vague, if it seems vague, it is made intentionally that way to make sure that only the real seekers will find the truth.
But this carving gives no further clue, and you cannot understand it unless you become this character, and you take the Nagastra in one hand, hold the bow in the other hand, and then release the arrow. Who would the arrow hit? This guy standing opposite to him.
It is weird, because the victim looks somewhat similar to that person, you can see a resemblance, like they are brothers. He too has a large bow in his hand, and what does he have in the other hand? Is he also holding a snake? No, he is holding an arrow. So we cannot find anything specific in this statue to identify him, but look below.
This tiny carving underneath the warrior, is the key that unlocks everything. Who is he and What is he doing? There doesn’t seem to be any detail here as well, all he seems to be doing is just holding a rope and sitting calmly. His left leg is on the seat, but look at his right leg. And look at the position of his foot. And, look at the big toe of his right foot. This is the key to unlocking the whole story. And this story is mentioned in the ancient text of Mahabharata.
This is Lord Krishna, driving the chariot of Arjuna shown on top. Look at the wheels of the chariot here. Who is Arjuna fighting? A great warrior by the name of Karna. This is why they are carved opposite to one another. And what does Karna do with his snake-like weapon? He is going to use it on Arjuna to kill him. And what happens when he aims at Arjuna’s head and releases the arrow?
As the arrow was coming through, Lord Krishna who is driving Arjuna’s chariot, uses his big toe of his right foot, and presses the chariot. The chariot gets buried into the ground a few inches, and because of this, the arrow, misses Arjuna’s head and hits his crown instead. This is a pivotal moment in the ancient text.
I hope you can appreciate the magic that has just unravelled right before your eyes. We have not only identified this figure now, we have also identified this figure, and even this tiny carving. But we have gotten a big bonus on top of that, we have learnt a story or an event from ancient times.
Now, this is just what we get from analyzing 2 statues, if you start to look around, you will understand that every ancient temple is like an encyclopedia. You can learn a lot of new and interesting information.
I hope you liked this video, I am Praveen mohan, thanks a lot for watching, don’t forget to subscribe and I will talk to you soon. Bye!

There's nothing like the feeling of going to school, learning X only to realize most of it were lies and academia was cucking me.... then again I got expelled so much and institutionalized to where I avoided alot of the rot.. only to come to society seeing nothing but narrassists and psychopaths... to the point I miss isolated lockdown, walking in circles in a cell and getting lost in my head. I still feel the pull to just wander aimlessly and get away from all the evils society has created.. Sadly there's too much at stake for ppl that still care to detach from the world.. catch 22

It's wonderful how Praveen sir mentions "Ancient Times" when referring to Mahabharata. Most of us still refer to our Ancient texts as "Mythology" which is very shameful. We all should acknowledge that these stories are from our Ancient history and Ancient times.

Only an ignoramus would call Mahabharata and Ramayana as mythology (the Irfan Habib types!). They are "Itihaasa". The word is Sanskrit which means "Iti ha asa" or "as it happened". The authors of these 2 Epics were witness to the events.

Yes, the story is mentioned Mahabharat. When Arjuna and Karna were engaged in war, the snake Aswasena (whose mother has been burned by Arjuna in Khandava Vana), has entered at the arrow of Karna. Karna has fired that arrow without seeing that snake but Lord Krishna has pressed the chariot down in earth in some extent. Thus, Arjuna has been saved by Lord Krishna but his diadem has been destroyed.

Praveen anna - 3 days back was one of the best days of my life, thanks to you. We visited the padmanabhaswamy temple in trivandrum. After the darshan, 2 boys who were similar to my sons age of 14 were discussing the carvings on the ceiling (fishes, turtles etc) - how someone could get up there and carve and thats when my son went to them to refer to your videos for explanation of this sort - the real magic then happened when they said they have been following your content and research through your videos and were actually physically witnessing what they have been seeing in your videos. Just 2 minutes back, me and my son had the same discussion. What happened next was amazing, their fathers too joined in the conversation with us all and we ended up discussing you and how thanks to you we can now revisit our glorious past. Yes this was a very pivotal moment in Mahabharata, as soon as you mentioned the big toe, I knew that was Sri Krishna and story you were referring to. If I’m not wrong , this Nagastra ( I think they referred to it as Nagapash) was given to Karna by Takshak as he wanted to avenge the Pandavas for chasing them away from Khandavprasth, which later became Indraprasth.

I think many religions and philosophies have core meanings and values, that are far too many of their devotees never search out. It is certainly true in the so called "Abrahamic" derived ones of Judism, Christianity, and Islam. It is well that an interest is being shown, by a younger generation, in reviving our diverse human histories. Myth is always working, like rust on iron, to overlay its own meaning. Praveen that I found in all his history lectures...He always addressing these dead stones statues as " gods " fir an educated man he us lacking knowledge of the truth that that stones can't be " god " Never was any of them and never can any of them ,in spite of his vast knowledge I hope one day before his death he will acknowledge and admitted that he was totally wrong calling these stones " god " and just to inspire him if they were gods why are they powerless that if a bird shit on any of them face why can't they wipe it off or if some one pee on them why can't they stop the person from doing so , that us to show how helpless these stones are and worst indeed is the stone worshippers....Who has knowledge but have no sense they are worst thst the donkey that carries a cart full of books but does not understand what is it he is carrying.

It still just blows my mind the effort these ancient people went through to create this stuff, and the layers and layers of meaning on them - it's mind blowing. It isn't something ...many of us do today. I don't care if we pretend they weren't more advanced than conventional history admits, the things they did are still absolutely insane ....by our standards. However they did these things and why, and sometimes even "who" as is the case in many parts of the world - fascinating questions... it's painfully apparent that there's more to the story than we understand - certainly than modern academia knows. Or could know - so long as they display an outright refusal to acknowledge the existence of entities other than humans and strictly "UFO" - it almost doesn't matter to me what we call the beings in the stories these ancient people talk about, the stories surrounding them and the feats accomplished just to pass them down definitely don't seem mundane to me.

But God be for us , who can be against us . The arrow misses arjuna and hits his helmet which turns green due to poison of that naga . Sri Krishna tells Arjuna to immediately kill the snake before it hits him again.Jai Sri Krishna

Awesome... There is an interesting story behind that 'Nagastra'. Long before the battle that is depicted here, Arjuna and his brothers were banished from their kingdom and went to a no man's land called Khandava forest. Arjuna burnt down the forest to clear the land. During burning of the forest, a baby snake got burnt but it escaped alive. The snake wanted to take revenge on Arjuna, so it came and sat in Karna's quiver as a 'Nagastra'. The place where that baby snake escaped the fire still exists, everyone knows it as 'New Delhi'.

Splendid work! .... This is really ancient stuff. The same principle is used in more recent European architecture, on a Christian perspective. A lot of people call such architecture "idol worship" because the Bible mentions "graven images", but SERIOUSLY? .... This is a splendid way to tell stories to the illiterate masses and make sure the stories don't get forgotten with books that rot with humidity and time (not to mention insects).
