Yo so I got shazam and the only way i know how to use the app without having another device playing the music into my speakers is by using a feature where you tap on an icon and it starts listening to the music on the device you're using, no other device needed. It's such a joke that the official fallout team gave the ghoul such shit stats. You can see his stats are maxxed out by his skills alone (his weapons, perception etc.) I mean, he was skilled BEFORE the bombs dropped with his whole cowboy rope thing. Let alone the fact that he has survived for over two hundred years and is a bounty hunter. I would think its common sense that his stats would be maxxed out for having survived for so long in apocalypse.
