These affirmations are a revision of one of my most popular meditations entitled: “I AM” a Powerful Creator. They have been modified to You Are affirmations, which can be just as powerful as I am. “You are” has the ability to create a trigger in the mind in the sense that if someone else believes this to be true about you, then your mind accepts it as truth a bit easier. I am leaving a pause between the affirmations so you can mentally repeat the affirmation to yourself using the words “I AM” as reinforcement. You were born to live in happiness, peace and abundance!

However, why did you guys not consider creating your affirmations in the 1st Person Singular tense (meaning statements that start with the phrase "I AM"), instead of only using the 2nd Person Singular tense (meaning statements that start with "You Are"?)
