I also have same issue because of my anger some times i hate myself and i think there is no one for me especially parents But this is just confidential issue if we know and understand our own issue we can solve problem by sharing to someone who you like the most or see a psychologist and talk to whats your problem and what are you feeling there is no way other than this or speak openly with you parent, they can understand you and also anger is a emotion like happy, sad, like that just we need to think future and studies reading, enjoy life there is no tomorrow No i start to contro my anger By meditation ,reading so many stories and also interested subject books i dont feel alone i play games in outdoor and doing excersise studying some times watch ff like the because i like bts their songs are so motivational about its always give me a positive vibe and i like this ff so much its cnnect to my life inside the character yn my side my best friend always for me and when i feel angry or sad she will make me happy i forget that before a hour i get angry abd i broke things she always be my side and said to me this wrong . And also she sees when im cring or getting in anger she also get sad and angry for and also bts also help me for relief in speeches,interviews their funny moments If some one have these kind of issues donot hide or it will too danger for and friendship with positive vibe people and tried to avoid negative vibe peoples And once again thank you for this ff when i see this ,i seemy life through Thank you sooo much unniyarcha 💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜
