this might be a reach but also the fact that when the guy escaped from the muralist and jumped into the water, they showed him float up to the top to show he died and we didn’t see anything float up so...

@@radioclash7064 When you die from drowning like that, you actually inhale water. So your lungs are filled with water and you don't float up most times. So if they passed out and didn't make it to air in time from the impact, they inhaled water and died. If the impact was to strong, they died from that. If youve ever slapped water really hard its almost like a surface and it hurts. It was like they jumped off a roof and hit the floor. They could've died from water impact too. They also could've lived but I really think this being the ending (them dying) is one of the most beautiful endings in TV history. This scene will forever stick with me, there's almost a peace feeling when you imagine that they did die together like this. This show is such art, every scene of it.
