All of a sudden the noise of your friends’ footsteps disappear. And you are alone. But deep inside, you know you’re not.

Who knew slowing down “A Girl’s Feelings” from Sailor Moon would make the song a lot more creepy and fitting to the Backrooms.

You are a kid going on a family vaction, your dad is checking into the hotel while you, your mom, and your siblings, wait in the lobby. You have to use the restroom and so you ask your mom and she says yes, you start to walk through the wide hallway, your little feet pound on the bright red patterned carpet as you try and find the bathroom. You finally reach the bathrooms, you finish up and try to find the lobby, you open a door and it seems to be a ballroom. No people, just a large room and a table. Once you realize that is the wrong room, you turn back to open the door, but all you see is a wall. Your start to run around the room trying to find an exit. It’s just you, a room, and a table,..... forever

Imagine noclipping from the Backrooms to the Eternal Ballroom. A secret location found in the backrooms where once you have entered it's doors, they all lock you in, then you hear a voice coming from a speaker in the middle of the empty ballroom, with a table in the middle surrounded by 7 chairs and 7 glass wine cups on the table. "Welcome to the Eternal Ballroom. Who i am matters not to you. You may be living the rest of your life stuck in here, trapped, seperated from the tragic surreal world you call reality. Have you found yourself in the backrooms? Good luck getting out, as you have found a rare but dangerous place. How does it feel knowing that you are now conscious in a void of yellow walls and found yourself walking in the eternal room of a ball hoping that to earth you will fall? How does it feel knowing you are not alone in this living hell with these creatures who will haunt you for a lifetime? Well those answers i do not seek, for you are stuck inside the Eternal Ballroom, one of the rarest places to reach in this endless house of doom, therefore we both have nothing to seek in this small area with approximately six hundred million square miles surrounding the other sides of it's doors. Am i just your immagination? Am i a hallucination? You may never know. Fair warning while you are attempting to...escape your fate in here: Be careful if you noclip into the horrors of the siderooms. My body has not yet touched their floors, therefore i cannot imagine nor tell what horrors those rooms contain within their walls. Before i leave your mind inside this terrifying nightmarish second part of the void..... God save you if you hear something open any of the 4 doors around nearby, because it sure as hell knows you're here." The voice in the speaker cuts out. The room has 4 doors at every corner, each are locked. There is no way out. The only way to escape is noclipping, but if you do this.....the siderooms await your presence. Then, you hear the music come on. The clock is ticking before these creatures start to appear....again Edit: i just saw this vid and wanted to make up my own lil story behind the eternal ballroom lol, i like what you wrote in the description tho it makes more sense and sounds cool :)

Welcome to the Eternal Ballroom. It's nice to have a visitor after all of those eons without seeing a single face. You may spend the rest of your life in this room, wandering across the ornate floors, looking for an escape, back into what you call 'reality'. I wish you all the best of my luck in getting out of here. Because in truth, the likelihood that you will escape is nearly 0. It's a strange and dangerous place in here, they're nearby. Or at least, I'd assume. Careful with noclipping. I've never been outside, and I'll never anyways. Who knows what lies outside these walls. Before we part our ways, a word of advice. Reminds me of a motel in the middle of nowhere for some reason

I remember it being 1AM in Oahu at a hotel I was staying at, my friends had fallen asleep before I came back to the hotel and I was stuck outside. I didn’t know what to do, but just wandered the hotel exhausted. I remembered a piano at the Ballroom on the 2nd Floor and made my way down. Seeing the tight turn into a hallway with the main entrance on my right being open. It looks like the image above scarily. I walked through the room with the biggest smile on my face as I saw the piano next to a single table at the center of the room. Sat at the bench and played all the Jazz tunes I knew, “Making Whoopee” “Moonlight In Vermont” “These Foolish Things” (I’m 17 when I played these). After I played “Honeysuckle Rose” in a Latin sorta way, someone started clapping. It was a girl I never met. She had been listening and was saying I was talented. I told her I wasn’t and asked if she wanted to play something. She played a tune from her favorite anime at the time Sailor Moon at the time called “Beauty”. She asked me to play with her but I didn’t know the song. But…. We did it and boy if I told you I didn’t fall in love at that moment I’d be lying… it was like as if two lovers finding themselves… We played some of my tunes and then she played hers until Security came by and told us it’s late and to leave. We ended up just strolling around the hotel. I told her my predicament and she offered to let me stay in her rooms for the night. I declined and told her I’ll just be in the lobby for the night. We played up until 3 in the morning. After we checked out a day or two later, front desk said they got a note for me, it was from the girl I was playing with, she left me her number. Don’t hate me for this but I never had a phone so I threw the number away. She was beautiful, just like that night…

I found it but there is no Mahjong. On the table I saw one .38 Special loaded with one bullet, one deck of cards from 1930's Germany, a hair clip that appeared to be from the victorian era, one arrowhead, a piece of limestone with Egyptian hieroglyphs, and a wooden box. When I opened it I saw 3 coins. There was nothing printed or engraved on them, just 3 coins of different materials. Copper, silver, and another material I couldn't pinpoint. It had a matte texture and a very dark gray surface that reflected no light. Just an opaque gray that was unaffected by the surrounding light. Then, the box slammed shut and I heard what sounded like a loud clap or someone coughing and it echoed so loud in the ballroom that I flinched. I blinked, and I was back on level 1. I don't think I was supposed to find this...
