Hello, Plex can be downloaded from the google play store for Android, and the Apple store on Apple phone for free. But keep in mind the mobile app have limitations, until the mobile app is unlocked through an in_app purchase or a Plex Pass which is $4.99 a month. However with that pass comes many perks like being able to share your media library with family and friends, movie trailers, remote watching of your media, etc. I would recommend the free Plex and stream with your home.
