A special dish for CNY! These arrowheads are only available around Chinese New Year season, you only get to taste this dish once a year! The arrowhead taste like bitter-sweet potato and slightly crunchier. The umami flavour from the fermented red beancurd will make you ask for extra bowl of rice!

Arrowhead roots 芽菇 - 5~6pcs
Chinese leeks蒜苗 - 5 stalks
Cooking oil 食油 - 2 tbsp
Minced garlic 蒜米 - 2 cloves
Pork belly slices 花肉片 - 200g
Red bean curd 南乳 - 1 ½ cubes
Red bean curd sauce 南乳汁 - 1 tbsp
Sugar 糖 - 1 tsp
Soy sauce 生抽 - 1 tsp
Shao xing wine 绍兴酒 - 1 tbsp
Water 水 - 300ml
