One thing i can say is that endeavor never forced Rei to have children, it was an agreement they made when they got married. Its actually the sole reason they got married in the first place and she accepted the terms herself because she wanted to have multiple kids. Otherwise, great video

Endeavor is the one that says Rei wanted more kids, HE said it, not Rei and hes an unreliable narrator. Hes the abuser himself and he PURCHASED her so she most likely didnt consent to most of what they did in the marriage, abusers convince themselves that their victims enjoyed it

One of the biggest moments in the Todoroki storyline is when Endeavor revealed that Rei was actually the one to want multiple kids, and Endeavor never forced her to have them. Rei wanted more kids because she believed that they would be able to support and encourage eachother. What Endeavor did wrong was that he only agreed to having more kids so that he could find the perfect heir, which would then make Touya give up on being a hero and stop burning himself.

@@Laura-jj9lp Keep in mind that im not excusing anything Endeavor did. He is a horrible father who emotionally and physically abused his family. But a lot of people get this specific part about the todoroki family wrong. Endeavor never forced himself on his wife or assaulted her. Rei wanted multiple kids. But what Endeavor DID do was manipulate and use her desire for a family against her to create an heir.

Your partially right usually it starts off flat then it bubbles up, if you peel it the skin comes off if you tried to add something cold it would soothe it but make it pigmented to a illegitimate colour, That was most likely a 1st - 2nd degree burn but Reis power soothed it if she hadn’t it would look extensively radioactive, I have 2 burns on my hand from hot water so yeah

The video has great length and is so good, but a little information on rei and enjis relation, After they got touya natsou and fuyumi endeavour said he was happy for now even though touya didnt have the ideal quick, but rei was actually the one who wanted more children. i really enjoyed the video ^^ little tie bit though: Touya all throughout childhood was extremely tiny, so tinier than Natsuo and really close to Fuyumi in height! also, he didn’t really fake his death, but died in a freak accident when his emotions were out of control and triggered his quirk. he wasn’t able to control it and hence burned down the forest behind the Todoroki manor as well as almost caused his death. just a few quick facts! 😁

⚠️SPOILER⚠️ Shoto's burn is actually from frostbite because after Rei poured the water on Shoto she tried to treat it with ice which isn't recommended so it left him with permanent frostbite.

10:53 The explanation is good but Shoto's scar isn't from the boiling water. Its from Rei's Ice Quirk. Shoto's left side is weak to Ice as it's his Fire Side.. The same goes for his Ice side being weak to fire. The burn is a Ice Burn. I don't blame you for not knowing. Not many people pick up on it. Its not because of her quirk in particular though. It's because she used Ice on what would have been a burn anyway so that cause Shoto's skin to "burn"

Touya wasn't misogynistic. He was 13 year old, 13 years old say stupid things. He also didn't say all women were useless, just his sister and mother. If Touya was a misogynist, he wouldn't work with Toga, and he wouldn't have respected Magne (a trans woman). Also, spoilers, when they show more of his backstory in the manga, he wakes up from a coma and his first thought is how he wants to apologize to his family, sister and mom included.
