Trough the years I spent dealing with depression and anxiety, BTS helped me to understand me and my feelings more. They led me trough times where I didn’t have any hope left. Now I’m learning to let go of the past and I’m slowly letting go of bts. They made held my hand when no one else could. I will always be thankful for the message BTS spread and for the comfort they gave me and many more, in times, where the light was almost shut. BTS will always have a special spot in my heart and memory and I will never forget how they unknowingly saved me and my life.

Now I'm under these all conditions confused , broken ,hurted myself a lot, but this video comforted me 🙂 I feel so warm and I'm crying like dying, 😭 They are literally my therapists. My saviours 💜 My Guardian angels 👼

Currently, I am overwhelmed a lot with everything I have to do for university. All the responsibilities that I took upon me are getting too much, but I have to keep going somehow because I have few other choices. I'm quite lost in life, I often don't know what I really want, who I really am or want to be, why my brain does not always work how it's supposed to, what the outcome of all this will be. I am so filled with regret for the things that I failed to do, for the decisions I made, every day, and it's so hard to let go. I get a bit of comfort from your video and others like that, so thank you for this, as well as your words in your pinned comment! I just feel at the moment like Namjoon described at the beginning, as if every day is a war currently, but I also know, like he does, that it will be better again some day. Whenever I receive poor grades, I don't attribute it to lack of effort. This time, I dedicated myself fully to studying for the board exams, like never before. Despite my utmost efforts, the outcome fell short of expectations. Post-results, my father's silence and my mother's disparaging comparisons have left me disheartened. The day the results were announced, overwhelmed with emptiness, thoughts of self-harm plagued my mind. Surrounded by guests at home during this moment, my parents maintained a facade of normalcy. I hoped they recognized my hard work. However, once the guests departed, the criticisms resumed.
