I’m not sure how to comfort you, but I really hope this helps... You should spend a lot of time with this guy, because it seems like he’s really helping you. Some tips I have: I used to not really like how I was, and so everyday I smiled in the mirror and found something good about myself for that day. Something else that helped is doing something fun, and then writing down in a journal the positive things that happened. Writing in a journal or diary really, really helps, it makes it feel like you’re letting all of your emotions out. You could also take a day for yourself, or take a vacation somewhere really beautiful! Anyways, I really hope I was able to help, sorry I’m a bit late I hope everything gets better, I will be praying for you ❤️

In the past I've forced myself to never ever even think about (tho that didn't stop me) but now I just accept the fact that if I lose the ppl I care about I won't even k*ll myself, I'll force myself to care for everyone left so that they will never feel bad again. I know that the thought is there that if something goes wrong, I will off myself to make it easier on everyone else. The only issue is that I'm afraid that they'll do the same thing, so I've come to the conclusion that I am expendable and a useful tool that shouldn't be wasted. I am completely willing to only continue living to avoid causing problems for anyone else because I view myself as too greedy and self absorbed and would do close to anything to not be that. I'm in a weird position where I know that there is no way I would k*ll myself but I still low-key wanna do it. It's just kinda there. I know I won't hurt myself, but I still really wanna slam my head into a wall until I freaking d*e. Idk, I'll get over it. On a side note, my mom said she would look at getting me counselling because it's covered on her work's health insurance, yet hasn't ever brought it up since. It's been really stressful for her recently and I don't want to give her more work, but I still know I need to bring it up. I'm just afraid that she's going to tell me that it's actually not covered and we can't afford it and I'm going to have to go without any form of therapy/medicine and Im just going to hide it for another 2 years before it gets so bad that I ruin my chances at getting into a good college because my grades get even worse than they are now and then I end up ruining my whole life all because I was scared to remind my mom to get me therapy

@@Yuyu-wm5or most friends are temporary sadly , they come with shared interest and at a point both of you will hold different opinions , it'll drive both of you away from each other slowly untill you both lose touch with each other . But that's for the majority, there could be at least 1 or 2 friends that will hold you close and be with you through everything from school to marriage and more. When I was younger I had lots of friends we all used to hang out all the time, slowly as we became teens our shared interests disappeared, we had no more reason to hang out as we strived for different paths, now I'm an adult in my 20's and only 1 friend from that group is still in touch with me and we hang out on the weekends everywhere.
