Uh how do you know what they do off camera?? Have you been to this spa before?? Because I follow a lot of spas from overseas and 90% of their new patients not only get extraction done but they are also put on meds and a skin care routine. You only see what happens on the video and you assume the worst. This is not America and not our culture so stop judging like you know first hand what happens. I know what they do because I have gf's that are Asian and Thai and they both have been to have spa treatments for acne as well when they were young.
