it's an unusual error for windows user :"The program can't start because D3D11.dll is missing from your computer, try reinstalling the program" . Despite being ususal it has multiple fixing method also. Mainly caused due to visual 3d failure. I can guess that your computer's Direct X is outdated, OS developer suggests downloading and installing the the direct X, but that's complicated due to version campatability and also time consuming.
So this is the easy way:
1: Search "D3D11.dll" and download (.dll) file
2: Extract D3D11.dll to C:\Winodws\system32 (32 bit and 64 bit)
3: Extract dll to C:\Winodws\sysWOW64 (only 64 bit)and reboot
