It kinda is. The song is based off both Hartmann's Youkai Girl from Touhou and Megalovania from Toby Fox, which itself was based off a similar sounding song from Live A Live

@@Rheycore I hear nothing of the sort, not even something that even remotely sounds like an organ, let alone like the Flintstones' theme or Another Day in the D.P.R.K. I even slowed it down by half, and while I was able to dissect the music easier I still couldn't hear what I was looking for. If all else fails, ask if the timestamp's wrong since there's what sounds like an organ at both 0:50 and 1:00? (Even despite me still not being able to hear what I'm looking for in those sections)

@@Rheycore No, I'm actually pretty good at listening in on instruments of my choosing during a piece of music, which is why it baffles me so much that I can't hear it. At 0:45 alone I can hear a trumpet and flute-like instrument that make up the main melody, a clapping-like drum sound that makes up the percussion, and a menacing piano in the background that makes a note every few seconds.

It’s actually way easier to hear if you listen from 0:40, even then, it’s just the first line of the song so it might not even be an intentional reference.
