🆕 Living in Santa Clara 95054 [2022] 

American Dream TV Santa Clara edition presents Vinicius Brasil, the Santa Clara Real Estate Guy, as he takes us on a tour of 95054, Santa Clara's Northern zone. 95054 borders the bay to the North, and the main highway in all of Silicon Valley, Highway 101, runs right through it. The Great America Amusement Park, Levi's Stadium, and the headquarters of Intel and Nvidia, as well as many of the world's top high-tech companies, are all located here.
We begin at Rivermark in Santa Clara, a master-planned community with single-family homes, townhomes, and condos. Rivermark also includes a large shopping center, Rivermark Village, a K-8 school, Don Callejon, two neighborhood parks, and a public library. This neighborhood has become a popular choice for young families and professionals because it provides plenty of convenience, good schools, and modern housing.
Interestingly, the largest development in Santa Clara and the county's history is just getting underway in the city's northern zone: 240 acres of land with 1680 residential homes, hotels, parks, offices, and retail space.
Although the 95054 is Santa Clara's commercial and industrial zone, it is also home to the city's natural beauty. You can walk, jog, or bike along trails that border the bay, and you'll be just minutes away from wildlife and birds, as well as plenty of open space. The San Tomas Creek Trail, a 5-mile-long trail that begins in 95051 and leads to the Bay, is the best way to get there. There are miles and miles of trails all over the bay that you can walk, jog, or bike on.
Here you will find Santa Clara’s best-kept secret, the Ulistac: 40 acres of natural open space.
The area has been restored with diverse California native plants and is now home to dozens of different migrating bird species, jackrabbits, coyotes, and even beavers seen along the Guadalupe River.
Also situated in Santa Clara's Northern zone is Santa Clara Square, the city's newest mixed-use development. This project includes modern apartment homes, some of Santa Clara's best restaurants, and a Whole Foods Market. We conclude our tour at Bare Bottle Brew Company, located right in Santa Clara Square.
The Bare Bottle Brew Company was founded by three friends who were passionate about the craft of beer. They set out to create local brews inspired by the Bay Area and made from local ingredients, collaborating with Bay Area home brewing groups to bring some of the most innovative beers available anywhere. It's a great place to hang out with friends, enjoy a nice snack on a nice sunny day, and treat your palate to some great beer and food.
