In this episode we are in Cartagena de las Indias, in the Colombian Caribbean. Indeed, we are in a small village 60km away, custodian of a wonderful history of the fight for freedom.
San Basilio de Palenque is the first Afro community in all of the Americas to free itself from slavery, 200 years before formal abolition! We will get to know the inhabitants of this village and experience moments of everyday life with them, as well as discovering unique aspects of their culture!
