Brother just discovered your channel love all the info from and black American point of view giving raw facts about the culture money and survival In DR I've been seeing black guys but they were not from America I just appreciate the content and would love to move there and you're giving me loads of insight and inspiration keep it up fella and I'll see you next year on our guys trip 👍🏿
In terms of "working girls" you are better off going to the resorts, Punta Cana, Puerto Plata (Sosua specially) and Las Terrenas in Samana. But if you want a higher class of lady for something more serious, come to Santo Domingo or Santiago. You can go to any of the nice cafe's or restaurants on the weekends and the place will be packed with ladies. And just say hello and introduce yourself. That ridiculous nonsense going on in the US that you will be branded as a creep, it's not like that here at all. Go to places like SBG café or La Dolcherie for example. And just say hello to the ladies if they are by themselves. Just be mindful of not getting into another guy's game please! We want you to enjoy yourselves, not get into a situation. Otherwise, enjoy the city. Great food and nightlife
Good advice. It's like that in punta cana? Where do you recommend for a guys trip? My guys and I are not too big in the pay for play. We just want cool chicks to kick it with. More normal girls.
I love when he does these kind of videos. It’s a little nostalgic because the music on this one reminds me when I first started watching his videos a while back and took my first trip to Santo Domingo… also in this video that Homewood suites in Piantini I stayed at New Year’s 2024. It’s so nice. I highly recommend it great people!
Whats good big Fella congrats on the successful surgery, glad your back on the grind i hope to meet you one day ,thanks for all your insight about Santo Domingo my next stop ,in july
Appreciate the game Unc, man you tell it like it is and like it was. Can’t argue with facts, love how you always keep it real with the brothas. Much love, hope you are getting and feeling better. Bout to sub to the channel. ✌🏾❤️🫡💯🇩🇴
Great Video. I have been to Santo Domingo a couple of times. Love it. First time was a blast. Like I was in a movie. Second time was good but not like the first. Never ventured out much past the Colonial Zone and Gascue. So what about the older set? I am over 60. Not sure I can find what I am looking for there anymore. Maybe I didn't venture far enough? Wasn't sure where else to go. Any thoughts would be appreciated. Thanks.
I agree with you 1,000 percent I go every month to Santo Domingo learning Spanish at a fast rate and now I know plenty of locals love Santo Domingo Bro salute to ronin for putting us on game and salute to you
The realist thing you said in this video is... when you get a "girlfriend" out there or someone you "vetted" and locked in with the trip becomes 1000x better!! They gon look out for you and take you places you would never be able to go on your own. But please, please, please learn a little Spanish. A little goes a long way. Dominicans spoke Spanish on a whole nother level LOL, but try to know some before you get out there. If you wanna to bang out a bunch of chics just go to Sosua and ball out.
Ayo fam.....is Sousa, SD or Porta Plata good to visit solo around Xmas & New years fellas? I'm thinking of going around that time & want to know if it's dead or still lively with meeting regular women & also are the mangoes still out parading?
Question for you Ronin: How do you think white men would do in DR? This content seems to be mainly aimed at black men, and it seems like most American tourists there are black men. Do you think Dominican women would like white guys?
The DR was a Spanish colony, and the first civilization of the new world. You will meet people of all colors here in SD. This is a very inviting country as well, so you will be treated well. Come and enjoy!
Question for you, here in the states a big talking point in the dating market is bodycount. For the guys that have visited the DR long enough that it is looking to date long-term, should body count be considered or ignored? From the outside, looking in some of these ladies come of promiscuous.
It depends on where you meet them bro. All women got some kind of a past and some of the are used up. But i have been able to find a few great ones who treat me like a King. Look at her family. If they are good she will be also.
Awful advice. The past can tell you the exact future in terms of human behaivior. The reality is there are some good women in DR, but unfortunately a lot of h0es. find you a good one and don't listen to these dudes this is terrible advice.
I’m Not as knowledgeable as you But I’ve been traveling to colombia Costa Rica panama and now the DR while working remotely When it comes to women anywhere always make sure they are working, you know hold old they are ….dont try to sleep with them on the first date just in case your being trapped because you don’t know them yet . Try to find out more of them demonstrate you are interested in more then you know…. Feel free to change the details of your first date at the last min to expose male family members and if a women has regular taxi driver, learn some Spanish and take an introductory bachata or salsa lesson I can see Santo Domingo as my home in 2025
Most Dominicans in general are extremely kind in that country people have morals and its because of religon What you probably didn't know is that the Dominican Republic is the only country in the world to have an image of the Holy Bible on its national flag That being said they tend to be Nicer compared to the West. in USA its different that country your free to act how you want and believe what you want there's no morals so its a big mess in the west Yes Like you Said A culture of a country changes everything
I think that you got a few things right, but a whole lot wrong when it comes to Santo Domingo and DR in general. I've got 10 years of visiting this country and used to live a few blocks to the west of where your video started. The way in which you speak lets me know that you are a victim of the "Cultural Iceberg", which is the view someone has of a foreign country when they first arrive. In Santo Domingo you see friendly people, decent infrastructure, banks, restaurants, schools, a zillion modern apartment towers, etc., which represent the tip of the iceberg, but what you don't see is the subtle, but vastly more important, complex social structure that represents the hidden base of the iceberg. Anyone reading this, be prepared to be alone in Santo Domingo, which represents the REAL Dominican Republic, whereas Sousua and Punta Cana do not. You stand zero chance of successfully socializing here if you cannot understand Dominican Spanish, which is NOT easy. The speed, cadence, lack of accent and chopping up of words makes Dominicans the most difficult Spanish speakers to understand. If you can speak some Spanish, they will understand YOU, but you can't understand them, and this can get you into trouble. Even if you can understand them, this is only your first hurdle of many. There are other huge problems with the social structure here. 90% of the brothers traveling to the DR are meeting women that they either can't effectively communicate with, or women that can speak some English, and English speaking Dominican women can be highly problematic. This is why most of you cats that come here will be sitting alone in your room. Socializing in DR is NOT easy.
