Hi sweet dumpling may i know why after putting this hot chocolate into the fridge, it turn into so thick like pudding. Should I add more milk into the recipe if I want to make it as cold chocolate?

I made this. This is extremely thick for me and the sweetness is a little bit beyond. I used erythritol and not sugar. This is quite difficult to drink on its own but if you dip it with croissant, brioche for instance, then this is good.
Hi there, this is a thick recipe, but if you prefer "thin" a little more, you can add milk and cut the sugar to adjust the sweetness and texture. Thanks for your feedback. 😊
Hi there, as I know , oat milk has the closest texture to cow's milk and can be subbed out 1-for-1 in most recipes for baking, but I'm not sure hot chocolate, but it can instead of milk to make coffee latte, why not give it a try. 😊
i just tried this! i substituted the chocolate for frozen nutella because i didn’t have chocolate so it’s a bit too sweet! however, that’s my fault and this is a wonderful recipe!
