With regards to your question, If you're applying from outside the UK, you can apply for visa 6 months before your course start date. 3 months rule is applicable if you apply for visa from inside the UK. Thats why guys you should only give one bank account statement with all your expenses in it. If you complicate it then refusal chances increase!

hello brother! i understood your flaws in the visa application just by listening your case cos i have also faced refusal from canada in 2012 since then I ve been studying canada immigration and giving free counselling to students for canada immigration. Though I do not know much about UK, the best advice I can give you is to involve authorised UK immigration advisor by UK govt. as for Canada we have ICCRC members or immigration lawyers. Because they have right to represent you to immigration and make your case simpler for visa officer. it might be possible for me to help you with but it is not possible over comment box.

Maybe the problem was that you used many accounts statements . Your advice is right now to use only one bank statement . That is an easy task for the visa officer to grant visa . I am also going to apply visa this coming week and i am thankful for your advice . This will really help me in the visa process.

@@Dream_UK Acha Ritwik I had a doubt regarding visa filing. Suppose my parents are providing me the funds for my abroad studies and I'll be showing those funds into my account for 30 days. After holding for a month, I will then have to apply for my visa along with all the supportive documents. So will the visa department be looking for Income Tax Returns file? As I'm a fresh graduate, I don't have a ITR file. Do I need to show my parents ITR files or the process can go on with only the bank statements and consent letter from my parents? Please reply.

It's unfortunate that you had to undergo this experience. I am certaint that consolidating all the funds to a single account should help resolve the issue. But the additional waiting time of 28 days will need to be met. I'm actually filling in the details for the UKVI application right now and want to thank you for sharing the idea of adding a covering letter to the financial documents to elaborate and provide details. I came across your channel a few days ago and found your mode of devlivery to be very precise and to the point. I want to express my gratitude and say thank you for making the videos and providing a wealth of information in them. I'm certain that the result of the AR will be a positive one - although the wait for it has been quite long. I look forward to hearing back from you after you have your visa in hand. :-)

Hello Aamir, thanks for your kind words. Yes, that's unfortunate and I learned about cover letter the hard way. It's even more frustrating to see my consultant saying nothing about it in the first place, because that could have saved me from wasting a lot of money, time, and energy. Since it's clear one can't completely rely on a study abroad consultant, I thought of sharing this information with everyone. Good to know this information helped you. Just to clear- There is no interview in VFS for VISA. You can't file VISA early. CAS is mostly given 2months before. 4 bank account statement was really not a good idea. Unfortunate. Best of luck👍👍

This is what one should not do...... it is not advisable to put 3-4 bank statements in your application. Better to have all funds in 1 bank account only so that you don't face such issues.

For me also was the same case bro. They said that I had insufficient funds, but they did not factor in the amount of sponsorship I received. So, I applied for the Administrative Review. I got the successful result the next month, but I received visa after 10 months. January '22 was my course start, and I came to the UK in November '22.

My visa got rejected bcoz in my cas they mentioned that 5500 pounds i paid. But actually i paid 9500 pounds. University said me that attach the 4000 pounds transaction mail with cas while filing visa. I do that clearly but visa decision reason they mentioned i only paid 5500 pounds

Dear brother, I am just stuck in a situation. I require your suggestion, After getting a cas, I paid ihs and visa process fee and book the appointment for vfs global for documents and biometric. Vfs office is almost 1000km away from my home city, and when I went there I parked my car at hotel parking and went inside for food, someone broke the glass of the car and stole my bag which includes my all original educational documents, Passport, ( complete visa file). I came back and applied for a duplicate passport and documents, which I received now, but the problem which I am facing, in my online visa form passport number, issue date and expiry date is different.bcz it was filled with the previous passport details. CAS has also a previous passport number. I have sent a mail to my university to send me an updated cas but university is closed till 4th January. Apart from this, like if i get the updated cas should i cancel the previous online visa and apply for new one? Or should i continue with the previous just attach the covering letter and FIR with it.?

Hi Shafiq, I'm extremely saddened to hear what has happened to you. I can understand what you must have been going through. It is a very complex situation and unfortunately I don't believe I'm qualified enough to consult you on this matter. Could you please discuss the entire situation with a study abroad consultant or even ask the university immigration service. They will be able to guide you better in this situation. I really hope everything works out well for you. Let me know how it goes.

@@Dream_UK my classes start from 24th january , Enrollment time is till 7th February , This incident happened to me on 23rd December ,University is also closed due to Christmas holidays ,University will open on January 4 and then will know what happens next . The consultant also does not know anything in this matter, hope the university will help in this. Whatever happened to me, I will update you and you must make a video on it so that if this happens to anyone, can get guidance. Prayer is also requested from you. :-)

Hey, I highly doubt about conversion rate issue. Since the amount in my bank was a lot more than what was required. So conversion rate fluctuation would not have caused any trouble.

Sorry to hear about you Visa refusal. Our prayers are with you, this time you will get it definitely. My case is also same, I am also going to submit different bank accounts as I don't have option now to shift them in one account as it will take 28days more. Can i request you to share the Certificate of deposit which you received from bank for FD.

Hi Ritwik. Thanks for sharing valuable information. As you said we can apply for visa 6 months before the course start date. How can we apply for Visa without getting CAS letter? As we all know for sept intake UK govt. release CAS letter in June end or July start, then how it is possible to apply for visa 6 months prior?

Hello i got a mail from visa office like they are saying in that " Unfortunately, the processing of your application has not been straightforward and we will be unable to decide your application within our customer service targets. We are continuing to work on your application and aim to make a decision as soon as possible. We will write to you again if there is any change to this. Please do not attend the Visa Application Centre until you have been advised that your application has been decided and that your passport is ready for collection." This is what they are saying ,is there any chances of refusal in this cases

They might ask for additional documents or take further time to assess the information provided. I won't be able to tell what are the chances of rejection, as I don't know what is holding them from processing your info on time.

The biggest Mistake was not to pay the whole tuition! U should have paid the tuition and accomodation and then show the funds. They should be around 10 lakh something. So before applying pay the Tuition in WHOLE no amount must stand and sort the Accomodation- your UK VISA can never get rejected!! i am not sure if this will help you or you already are in UK doing your masters. Hope You are already doing your masters.
