@Callan Wesley Accra doesn’t really have a city center. However, we have nodes. Like Ridge Ambassadorial Enclave, Airport City, etc. This makes the city dispersed and not concentrated in one area. I think the trend is going to continue with 2 main nodes coming up, Cantonments/Oxford St and Airport Residential/Dzorwulu. These two nodes will see the most development over the next 5 years. What are your thoughts?

Instead of showing the match or pictures of the stadium or other exciting places in the city, he showed dirty places, scanty markets stalls made of old torn dirty roofing sheets over a large expanse, to the whole world. I was pained. Thank God the whole place has been pulled down and a new morden edifice is in place. Construction of phase 2 is ongoing. But the journalist is gone. What has Kumasi Kejetia market got to do with sports? He just wanted to portray Africa as a dirty place to the world. Thanks for your channel

Strangely enough, the only people I've heard who say Ghana is poor are some misguided Nigerians. Last time I checked Ghana had achieved "middle income status".

In virtually every country there are parts of the Capital city that look very good. That doesn't mean that the country as a whole is not poor. Look at the varies pictures that I've seen on google images Ghana appears to have a lot of rundown looking towns, villages, dirt roads and outside markets. Places like the well developed parts of the Capital city are likely in the minority and are loaded with a bunch of privileged affluent folks. Meanwhile, other people live in shabby looking areas. They have the potential to be a rich country but the government is so corrupt. Article: "Ghana Loses US$3 billion to Corruption a Year".
