I want to ask something. In Ireland, if we get a job mentioned in the critical skills work permit visa, but the salary is less than the minimum salary of critical skills work permit, then what will happen? Will we get a general skills work permit visa?

Hi! I needed a guidance. As a fresher I would be trying for graduate prog/schemes. Do companies sponsor general permit for graduate prog if they meet salary threshold limit? Or one need to try for general permit after the end of the programme!

@@sugandha_verma no no. She is yet to apply for job. But just not sure if she will be able to get a job with just a year of post qualified work experience. We just want to get an idea of whether she can get a job and work visa with current profile or we should go for a student visa instead.
Oh, I got it now. I don't know anyone who got job offer with one year of experience, almost impossible. Either she can move internally if her company provides that option or she will have to apply for Masters here and move here as a student. I hope this helps :)
