Chai is daily routine in india drinking 3 or 4 times day Avoid eating too much masala food first time in india because when you eat indian food first time its difficult to digest and cause diarrhoea One tip-after eating masala food eat some mixed yogurt rice we indians will always do this after meal cause it decrease acidity and cools stomach
