@@annyeong_namaste Every region of india has it's own cuisines/snacks/sweets specially prepared on holi. Gujiya is only prepared on holi in central north region like Delhi, UP, Haryana, Punjab, etc Not in other rest of india regions as other regions prepare other different holi special delicacies of their region.

Glad that you liked Holi :) Your baby is v cute 🤗 Also I think that you are basically a happy person open to new experiences. That's why you seem to be enjoying your time here... Hoping you continue to have fun in my country ☺️
There is a milk based drink which people drink in HOLI which is called THANDAI which is made of milk, various dry fruits like pistachio, almonds etc. & saffron. U can easily find that in Gurgaon. Make it doesn't have BHAANG (BHAANG is a natural drug which isn't too addictive & is not that harmful to body, people consume it during HOLI for fun & religious reason too in some places. It is consumed with THANDAI too, double check before order).
U can say "Weed" instead of wrong impression giving strong words like drug coz Bhaag is bit intoxicating like light alcohol but it's not at all drug huhh.
Yes holi is a big event in india and everything remains closed its not mandatory but people are too tired afterwards only eating shops will be opened or they remain closed too and happy holi to all the people i wish you all have great life ahead and enjoy ❤️
It might not b just pistachio, there might almonds & most expensive spice in the world called SAFFRON. There is a drink called THANDAI which people drink in spring around HOLI. This latte might b based on that drink.
Though India is a place all about festivals like throughout the year some or the other festivals keep on going but Holi and Diwali are two biggest festivals in India ..
@@charizard-X bruh its not what u think it is , i just meant strong in the sense she is always adored by strangers and danced and all and she doesnt get irritated and cranky
Happy Holi.... May this Holi brings beautiful and Full of colours in ur life and family 💞💞💞 ..... I wanna know do you really enjoying living here in India ... ?
That was "Sandalwood/Chandan powder" not Color powder, It's one of the india's traditional and great effective beauty skincare ingredient/product used since ancient times. We use sandalwood powder either during worship rituals, or to put tika/tilak of that powder on forehead in between brows at occasions or Just use it by mixing in any home made face-pack, can even use it directly as fack-pack (by making a paste like of it) without mixing any other face-pack.
It's good that you play Holi with your society members and avoid going on streets because you know Holi is very wild on specially old Delhi streets and sometimes people become very disrespectful and start putting colours very rudely since you are a foreigner and new to this so it's hard for you guys to handle all these things. Indians are already used to it and know how to deal with these things.
Yes holi and diwali are major festivels of india.. Holi is a day festival that's why everywhere is closed... And that fire one day before holi called holika dahan it means end of evil and start of good that's why holi played with colors ..
