Most of the projects are blocked or rejected. The presidents of the clubs can't upgrade the stadiums because some of the tribunes are nominated as historical part of Italy and it cannot be removed. Other stadiums projects (like Venezia) are completely rejected because the city halls want to use the European money of the Recovery Fund and therefore UE said a big NO. The only concrete situation now is Atalanta that started some days ago the demolition of the second tribune, the rest is nothing. Italia is the world champion of Stadium Rendering!
It's gt (almost) NOTHING to do with the finances, but with the STUPID LAWS and the envious and greedy locals, who can't ever think of someone else building a private successful project! Fiorentina case is the best example of that!
As far as I understood only Atalanta will realize its project within the next year. Cagliari and Bologna should be concrete ideas, the others? .....dreams
Fiorentina also should be a concrete idea because these 3 cities are choosen for the Euro 2032's Italy bid; Atalanta already realized the first curve and by the end of 2024's summer will be realized the second curve with an underground car park
the Cagliari stadium should have already been under construction, only that initially the capacity was 25,000 ... since Italy applied to host the Europeans and one of the host stadiums is Cagliari, they had to modify the project and obtain new all the authorizations to bring the capacity above 30000! work should start this year!
for the ones wondering Lucchese (far from beeing aproved) Caserta (almost there. they need final approval), Venezia (construction begins in febbruary 2024, property of municipality), Taranto (100% wont happen), Perugia (construction begins in may 2024), Ternana (100% wont happen), Empoli (construction begins in summer 2024. property of municipality), Avvelino (construction begins in summer 2024. owned by the club), Parma (still working on approval. they seem to be optimistic so far lol. might be owned by Parma. worst case scenario they will get a concession for 90 years it seems), Atalanta (more or less finished), Cagliari (will probably happen due to euros 2032. owned by municipality), Bologna (approved, club will kinda own the stadium but not really. diritto di superficie), Fiorentina (construction begins in march 2024, for now owned by municipality but they might get diritto di superficie) Roma (old project which collapsed few years ago lol. they are working on a new one) ac Milan and inter ( that project was cancelled as well. Ac milan is working on different stadium in different area. if that happens they will separate with inter)
The clubs can`t afford it and they also like the Juventus model where it is better to have a smaller, but full stadium, than a big one that`s only full occasionally.
@@rizandroOnly difference is that both clubs manage to sell out every seat in each game, and the rare occasions were they don’t it’s because of a few thousand seats at most.. so yeah, it surely should be bigger than what proposed
@@Salacee Their average attendance is 72000 and 71000 indicating that for some matches they can sell out full capacity but there is also a lot of matches where it is far from full. So the question for them is whether they want a full stadium every game which increases demand for tickets or a full stadium sometimes. Based on the numbers, a stadium of 70 000 makes sense, but there is economic considerations and the main thing for the club is to get more VIP facilities because that’s where the real comes from. So that’s probably the main thing they will focus on in the planning process.
Bellissimo video e stadi speriamo che ci saranno veramente❤❤!! I stadi più belli sono: New stadium Milano, Venezia and Casertana 9:53 .. name the new stadium is Viola Park :)
The new Fiorentina stadium isn't called Viola Park, Its still gonna be Artemio Franchi. Viola Park is the new training facility which they have already finished building but it's on the other side of Florence and has nothing to do with the stadium.
Potrzebujecie lepszych konsultacji językowych, taka drobna rada.
unfortunately, of the top 5 European football leagues, italy in my opinion is the one that is most behind in terms of stadiums/academies. Most of the teams need a new stadium, but many of them have serious financial problems and the construction of a new stadium is certainly not part of their plans. The only hope is that Italy can be the host of the Euro 2032, and perhaps some clubs can make an effort to realise these projects.
Ciao e Buon Anno 2024. 👍
You'd think Italy had the population of Luxembourg and hated football from the capacity of some of these stadiums. How utterly underwhelming. If this is the 'upgrade', don't bother.
Progetti irrealizzabili.
None of them will be built because of the old thinking and ridiculous medieval laws and regulations of the Italian government and its municipalities and the mafia that exists, they absolutely do not allow construction. Like until now, Italy has its stadiums for seventy to eighty years ago, and unfortunately, it is far behind other countries in terms of football and good players, and it has lost personal stadiums and stadiums to other countries😔
Perchè la tua nazione è ricca😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂mi fai solamente ridere!!!!!non è questione di soldi...è questione politica cretino!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Roma new stadium will be 62K, not 52! And the reason for it is to be able to host UCL finals! Lazio's Della Aquile, if they ever get to build it - and it'll only happen after Roma build theirs. ONly then, they won't be able to settle not to have their own stadium, especially since Aquille stadiums one of the most beautiful ever presented! Although, it'll be between 45 and 50K!
